This site is
between the J8 of the M61 and the Buckshaw Village development that is
continuing to grow.
We will be
working with the Homes and Communities Agency to master plan the site.
The site is
13.1 ha and has proposed uses for employment B1, B2 and B8. It’s ideally
located just a couple of minutes from the M61 and will provide a greater choice
of units in one of the fastest growing areas of Chorley.
